Rome in the Rain, with Blur
There are various reasons for shooting at extreme slow speeds in order to create blur: you like the look it creates, and/or you want to avoid recognizable faces so you don't need model releases. In this case, I had both reasons.
(We walked in the rain for a long way, refusing to buy am umbrella from the hordes of vendors, most of whom could not believe we'd rather get wet than buy one of their cheapo umbrellas.)
