Fixing (?) the Photo

The two photos below are examples of Photoshop before and after. I took the photo of the horses and started to wonder about the electric fence wire in front of them. One friend of mine said it should stay, that it was part of the situation. Another said it had to go. I took it out, did some other cleanup, and present it here both ways.
